A town in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodship, about 50 km away from Kielce and 80 km away from Cracow. It is a medium-sized healing resort, situated 220- 250 m above sea level in the scenic valley of the Nida River, on the southern slopes of the Pińczowski Curb. The climate in the healing resort is typically lowland, with continental features and the greatest number of sunny days per year. Nearby there are numerous sanctuaries, natural features of historic importance, tourists trails, and in the resort – a well maintained SPA park, established in the 19th century, now considerably extended and enlarged. In the baths garden there is a pump room and about 4,500 different tree species. In the town there is a well-developed sport recreation base: tennis courts, swimming pools, health paths, and sports fields.

A town in the Subcarpathian voivodship 15 km away from Krosno. A medium-sized healing resort in the Low Beskid in the valley of Iwonicz Stream, surrounded by forested slopes. Situated 390- 439m above sea level, mountain climate that shows continental features, moderately stimulating, considerable diversity of local climate.
The greatest asset of Iwonicz-Zdrój are the mineral waters with therapeutic qualities.
In the commune there are many valuable historical buildings. Owing to the rich natural landscape tourists can enjoy active leisure activities (horse riding, hunting, skiing, tobogganing). The landform features also create favourable conditions for mountain bike tourism. In winter it is possible to use the ski lift and ski route while during the summer season there are tennis courts and a sport stadium complex. Enthusiasts of hiking will enjoy numerous marked tourist trails and walking paths. With a view to its guests, every year Iwonicz Zdrój holds interesting culture, sports and tourist events.
Krasnobród municipality
Krasnobród Municipality is located in the Roztocze region in the Lubelskie province, in the Zamojskie district. Krasnobród is commonly considered to have unique environmental climate, what makes it an attractive place to consider while planning recreational-leisure vacations. Every year, the municipality is visited by approximately 150 thousand people. Arriving in the summer, visitors can rest over a beautiful reservoir, take a walk in one of the walking paths, or enjoy cycling path set out in the woods - pine fir and beech forests with well-preserved natural rich vegetation. Winter sports fans can use available ski lift situated on the Chełmowa mountain.

The area of Rymanów Commune is very diverse in terms of history. The most valuable historical buildings include: Greek-Catholic orthodox churches in Bałucianka, Wróblik Szlachetny and Królewski and Królik Wołoski. Equally valuable are historic Greek-Catholic churches in Królik Polski and Klimówka as well as an 18th century Baroque church and a Jewish synagogue. Very important, in terms of history as well as religion, is a Jewish cemetery in Rymanów, which is the resting place of two well-known tzaddiks – Joseph Fridman and Menachem Mendel.

Solec-Zdrój is a resort in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, which lies approximately 75 km away from the city of Kielce. It is a small health resort situated in the area of Niecka Nidziańska near the Rzoska River, 180 m above sea level. The Resort is surrounded by rolling hills countryside, sparsley wooded with numerous meadows. It is characterised by a lowland climate, not so stimulating, with small local diversity.
Solina Commune with Commune Council in Polańczyk

Location and climate
Solina Commune is situated in the western part of the Bieszczady mountains, in the south-eastern part of the Subcarpathian Voivodship, on the shores of the Artificial Lake Solina (21 km2) and the Myczkowieckie Lake (2 km2). Two mountain rivers – the River San and the River Solinka feed the lakes. Its location makes the commune attractive in terms of nature and landscape. Both lakes, situated between steep forested hills, are noted for their varied shoreline, and together with numerous bays, create picturesque views. Since 1990 the Commune Council has been located in Polańczyk, situated on a peninsula. Undoubtedly, the main assets of the Polańczyk Health Resort are: the submontane climate and clean unpolluted air.
